BREADING LINE LEAD
Essential duties
· Lead and coordinate all breading and frying daily plant activities including set up, Ingredient preparation,
processing and shut down operations.
· Track production efficiency and product yields. Ensure that daily goals are achieved.
· Communicate and fulfill daily production schedule with enough time to be prepared for daily work routine.
· Understand and ensure safety and USDA requirements, ensure associate compliance.
· Complete and/or review all production and attendance paperwork as directed. Ensure the accuracy of all
documents.
· Understand all plant rules and policies as they pertain to both the product, and the employees in your
charge. Including but not limited to GMP’s, general plant rules, and monitor any potential breaches and
report to upper management.
· Understand HAACP and other relevant regulatory requirements.
· Keep Plant maintenance informed of equipment and facility deficiencies.
· Possess thorough knowledge of all plant safety requirements. Actively engage plant employees to work
safely and comply with all safety rules.
· Ensure associates have necessary tools in time to complete daily tasks.
· Knowledge of and ability to implement process improvements where available, consult with upper
management on major process changes to avoid potential regulatory conflicts.
· Continuously work to improve plant waste this includes product, ingredients, packaging materials, and labor.
· Knowledge of SOP’s, and SSOP’s
